Retail United International acquires Agenda Retail Group

Retail United International acquires Agenda Retail Group and strengthens their position as the leading retail agency in the Nordic countries.

Retail United was founded five years ago and has since grown to a be a Nordic retail agency with close to 250 employees working with clients such as Alcro, Beckers, Lambi, Nespresso, Orkla, Playstation, Serla, Sibylla and Sony. The agency sees a continuously strong development of complex pan-Nordic assignments which increases the need of a holistic retail solution. That´s the background behind this merge.

– The retail industry is going through dramatical changes and our clients will need an agency who can help them understand which channels will be their most important for e- commerce and communication. With Agenda Retail Group as part of Retail United we will acquire the competence and tools needed to help our clients with this analysis, says Andreas Broman, CEO at Retail United.

The two agencies have an ongoing cooperation with different clients and by that know how well the agencies complement each other. Agenda Retail Group, with five employees, working with clients such as Aftonbladet, Electrolux and Fjällräven, will empower Retail United with analyzation and strategy – areas in which they have proven their competence during the last 15 years.
