The number of gift cards sold by Ticketmaster was decreasing and brand awareness was low. Ticketmaster asked Retail United to help increase sales and to strengthen the brand towards end consumer and B2B-clients.
B2C: In order to reach an extensive number of prospects at a limited budget, we worked together with The Amazing Society and identified target groups in Social Media for conversion online.
B2B: After a careful selection process we targeted CEO’s with personal DM, mail and telephone calls.
Campaign results were outstanding. Number of conversions online for B2C overshot targets by 200% and B2B-sales hit all time high after an increased volume of more than 300%.
