We were commissioned by Strax Distribution to chart how consumers trade mobile accessories and how an operator likeTre should design their stores to maximize the sale of accessories. Strax Distribution came to us in need of how to design their pitch in the procurement process.
We trendspotted and conducted surveys to chart the consumers’ purchasers of accessories. We interviewed both staff and customers at Tre to understand how consumers today buy accessories and what the biggest challenges and opportunities are in store. From our trendspotting and the survey, we could concretize and outline how the store should be designed to enable more consumers and maximize customer experience.
