Bread is a huge and profitable FMCG in Swedish retail. But with health trends, lack of inspirational store environments and the rise of ”on the go” channels, the category is facing new customer demands. In order for Fazer to meet these, we were assigned to designed a new bread section in-store – to promote inspiration and sales.
In collaboration with Expohouse, we created a flexible and more inspirational section that easily adapts over season and with ongoing campaigns. In addition to this, we included a demo area where taste testing as well as cross merchandising is possible.
