We were commissioned to ensure that the Bio-Oil product were properly communicated to the Pharmacies (both personnel and customers) when setting sales targets and retained its market-leading position
We developed an activation strategy to ensure that Bio-Oil got top of the staff’s mind. We formed and educated a team that had a background within skin care. Through specialists on-site and sales-driven product demonstrations at the pharmacies, Bio-Oil got secured as No. 1 among skin care oils.
By this Bio-Oil retained its position as the leading skin care oil in the Swedish market *. The project became a sales success and Retail United is now Cederroth’s partner for sales-driven activations in pharmacies.
